    At times 'The White Birch' is an overwhelming listen, the lyrics seem to speak about loss, doubt and sadness and at times the mood is impenetrable. I can't stress how great it is though. The first track, 'Sea', is a slow building work of atmospheric genius and while 'Loss Leader' is the closest they get to a 'normal' song structure it's still /5(19).
